Carbide grit routers, burs
These routers (burs) are used for fast, efficient stock removal tasks on a broad range of nonmetals, like rubber, fiberglass laminate, “filled” plastics, transite, polyurethane, and similar materials. 1/4" diameter shanks are ideally suited to your high speed air or electric tools. Remarkably impact resistant with an outstanding wear life. Tungsten carbide grit is not prone to loading, but may easily be cleaned with a wire brush, overnight soak in solvents or standard oven cleaner, or use a small propane torch to lightly burn clean. Recommended speed range: 5,000 to 25,000 RPM. Maximum RPM: 25,000.
All of the following carbide grit burs are coarse #23 grit. All are mounted on 1/4" diameter x 1" long shanks.
