Freeman wax fillets
Freeman wax fillets are made of a performance-proven, high melting point wax formulation for meeting a wide variety of pattern shop applications. Easy to apply to straight or irregularly shaped surfaces because of their flexibility. Can be painted using Freeman Pattern Lacquers. This wax produces and maintains accurate radii regardless of application conditions. Can be applied to bare wood or coated surfaces without the use of an adhesive, by using a heated fillet tool. Available in 1 lb rolls and 2 lb boxes.
Lead time: To maintain the best performance properties of this wax, it should be stored at temperatures between 65° to 75°F. Because of this, we only stock the fastest moving, regularly reordered sizes. If the size you want is not in stock at time of your order, the lead time may be a little longer than usual.

Master™ marble wax fillet
This is a specialized blend of waxes formulated specifically for the cultured marble industry. Produces a smooth radius on sink tops, vanities, window sills, and other such synthetic marble products. Under most normal working conditions the unique properties of this wax are such that it adheres to the cultured marble mold without the use of heated fillet tools. This wax fillet is cut to 24" strips and packaged in 2 pound boxes.

Master Wax Fillets
are specially designed and formulated to give the patternmaker a quality product that is easy to apply, produces accurate results and is economical. It is primarily used for master patterns. Master Wax Fillet offers the following features:
• Produces accurate radii with thin edges that blend into the pattern
• Easily applied with a heated fillet tool of proper size
• Adheres to bare wood or coated surfaces without glue or adhesive
• Bends and shapes around corners, fits to all angles
• Can be coated with any standard pattern coating without affecting drying time of the coating
• Designed for both summer or winter and is always pliable under normal working conditions
• Blended to remain fresh and workable almost indefinitely
Master Bond Wax Fillets
are soft, self-adhering wax compounds for the full mold process and are used to apply a smooth radius to a foam pattern. The wax burns at a rate equal to 1.1 pound per cubic foot density foam, thus eliminating inclusions. 24” strips.
Freeman Di-Dup Wax Fillets
are softer than the standard wax fillets and also have a lower melting point. These two features make it ideal for creating inside radii on expanded polystyrene foam patterns. This material is cut into 24" lengths and packaged in two pound boxes.
Freeman Half Round Wax and String Wax
are also available.
