Kutzall Original carbide grit hand rasps
These files are made with very sharp, uniform conical teeth. This create a smooth-cutting action that is very easy to control. Integral, soft grip handle offers ergonomic comfort for cutting in any direction; great for confined spaces. Rasps create very little heat, and leave a smooth surface for final finish. Best on wood, rubber and other elastomers, polymer foam, and fiberglass.
Flat original
rasps feature a broad, flat surface for quick leveling of large surfaces, or rounding over edges. Multidirectional cutting ability allows quick removal of material in even the most confined spaces.

Warding original
rasps offer thinner profiles and a tapered flat shape. Ideal for getting into tighter spaces, enlarging sharp-cornered openings, or producing finer detail.

Surform shaping tools
These surface forming tools can be used for applications requiring a rasp or a plane. The cutting edge is similar to a grater. These are used primarily as shaping tools. Replacement blades are available for either style file. WARNING: Proposition 65 Label for Surform files .
Surform file
Metal alloy body, impact resistant yellow molded handle. Ribbed section on front of body permits a comfortable two hand use of tool. Includes a regular cut, flat blade with edge cut feature used for inside corners. 15 3/4" long.
