Straight flute routers, diamond bur fiberglass finisher, router bits.

Please call us for a quote on any additional sizes or styles of router bits you use. These bits are solid carbide, made in USA, +.000–.003 cutting edge tolerance, and H6 shank tolerance.

Straight 1 flute,  inch O inch  flute - Straight flute routers

Straight 1 flute, "O" flute

For routing soft (350 feed rate) or hard plastics (300 feed rate). The single flute allows for a larger chip load in softer materials. Great choice for a hand feed operation. Crescent end point good for both plunging and flat bottom cutting.

End points on these router bits

Crescent points, typically found on 1 flute router bits, work well in both plunging and flat bottom cutting applications.

Endmill points, most often on 3 and 4 flute router bits, are good for achieving smooth finish on a flat bottom surface.

Drill end points, on the diamond bur fiberglass finisher, allows for plunging into interior routing applications.
